im confused??
i get. som e thi n g?? a lot
and i dont know if its,, an anxiety attack, or a panic attack.
because!! it feels too minor to be a panic attack
but that could be me denying it and not knowing that i am??
and,, it feels too short and intense to be an anxiety attack.
so,, if anyone knows thatd be amazing!!
just. heres what happens.
whatever triggers it, the thing happens.
usually it’s an item i lose, a bad event happening, or a plan getting messed up. something like that.
and its like,, an ‘ohh nonono oh nO’ kinda reaction
usually it lasts,,
about twenty minutes, or until the problem is solved.
during that time,, uh
my negative reactions to stuff are like. tripled
i either,, dont move at all, or i pace a bunch
i almost always shake,,
and sometimes i feel sick??
and when it ends,,
i dunno, i get really tired and blank-ish
plus, im more irritable after them, and more likely to have two in a row!
so like,, what would that.
