Comphet isn't just experienced by gay people. Compulsively forcing yourself to feel attraction towards people of the opposite sex can be experienced by anyone.
They/them pronouns are gender-neutral. This means they inherently apply to all gender identities. Being okay with they/them pronouns does not make someone nonbinary. Not being okay with they/them pronouns is fine, but the majority of people are okay with them.
Basically anyone, regardless of sexuality, can be attracted to nonbinary people. Even the straightest guy on earth could one day meet a demi girl or other feminine aligned NB who presents female, uses she/her pronouns and is okay with language such as "girlfriend". The reason why labels like neptunic or uranic exist is that some people feel as if their attraction towards nonbinary people is significant enough to be labeled.
To add on to the above, nonbinary is not a separate gender. Gender is a spectrum and it's unfair to replace a binary with a trinary instead. I hear a lot of people say things like "I love women and nonbinary people, but I'm not attraction to men at all" but men can be nonbinary. A better way of phrasing would be "I'm attracted to people who aren't men" or "I'm attracted to feminine and neutral genders", etc.
Because gender is a spectrum, obviously not all nonbinary people will use the words trixic or toric. Some are okay with lesbian, gay, or straight. They exist on different parts of the spectrum, they don't all have the same gendered experiences.
