Is there genders that are before or after a storm?
I have two in mind:
a gender thats the calm before the storm, its windy and cloudy but still dry, and it feels soft and like a moment that feels like it should last forever
And one after a storm, where the sun is starting to come out and everything is soaked and there's a feeling of relief in the air. and the birds start to chirp again
I feel like one could also incorporate different settings or storms if they wanted to expand on it? like mine pre-storm is in a wheat field but you could make it on the beach or a mountain or a forest, and same with the post-storm. you could also include one thats in a building, walking out after a storm and feeling the fresh damp air.
Pre-storm:
muted feeling of before a storm, the wind pulling at loose clothes, the tall grass/wheat blowing in the wind, it smells like warm nature, the sky is dark and you feel at peace. the trees shift in the distance bc of the wind. it feels like echoes of softness
Field pre-storm - peaceful, quiet and soft, no worries, just the moments of peace
Mountain pre-storm - anticipatory, dark, and quiet, a bit ominous, but still peaceful
Forest pre-storm - mysterious, anticipatory, quiet in a thoughtful/waiting way, peaceful
Beach pre-storm - windy, salty, and anticipatory, a bit more wild because of the ocean and the stronger winds
Indoors pre-storm - feel safe, peaceful, soft, anticipatory
-----
Post-storm:
fresh air, feeling more free, relief in the air, animals make noise again, the sun starts coming out, the air is damp, theres puddles
Field post-storm - everything is damp, relief, birds fly around, sun starts appearing, broken free from the clouds, the wind is fresher, and everything is joyous because of the rain
Mountain post-storm - birds start chirping again, the air is damp and theres mud in places, the aftermath of a heavy storm on the dirt and plants, the creeks and waterfalls gushing
Forest post-storm - water drips from the trees, birds start tweeting again, relief is in the air, the nature around soaks in the moisture and thrives, the air is damp, the sun peeks through the leaves from the clouds, life goes on
Beach post-storm - relief from the storm having passed, the aftermath of a more intense storm, the ocean becomes more calm, the air is still salty and the sand is wet and the moments of peace are newer and fresher
Indoors post-storm - getting to go out and jump in puddles or just enjoy the after-rain feeling, safety from the passed storm, peaceful, relief, people start going out and doing stuff, checking on their garden, etc
(feel free to change the beach up some, ive never been on a beach before or after a storm, and propose anything else to the others you think would fit)
Im also unsure what the names would be if i were to coin them, so if anyone has ideas for that, that would be cool?
Also in general, the pre-storm genders are meant to be more muted and quiet and faded, and the post-storm ones are meant to be more lively? i guess. and its only regular storms, no natural disaster stuff
