Hey… I’m not so good at comfort and all, but hey, it must suck, huh? Everybody has moments like this, when they feel like nothing will ever be the same again, and it’s good to talk to people about it. It doesn’t really matter if that person is imaginary, or an online friend, because its good just to vent your problems. Ik you may not believe me, but stuff will get better. Try to socialise a healthy amount each day if you can and make sure to take care of yourself. And one more thing: it’s healthy to cry. If you have a stuffed animal, blanket, or pet you can hug while your crying, then that’s even better :)
Also try to avoid the people that make you upset. In this case it seems to be your p4r3nts. So maybe try to get out and go for walks outside (which is good anyway) as much as possible or if you have cool relatives living nearby go visit them :D
And if you can’t do this just kinda staying in your room or in your basement or wherever you like to chill is cool too ^^ (as long as you eat properly and get exercise sometimes)
