I thought of a little way to de stress! one night, if you can, go to bed early so you can wake up early then make a mug of hot tea, if you have a stick of cinnamon, put it in hole, if you have some orange slices, put em in ect! then turn on some calming wordless music and sit down and relax. you can close your eyes if you want to, you can read a book if you want and if your feeling down, watch an episode of a kids show (my little pony, sesame street, the wiggles ect), if you practice a religion, pray! hope this helps :) <3
