If that's true, then "also" shouldn't be used, because it follows something that is not allowed. Also, "however" should always be followed by a comma. In this case, it would be better to replace it with "but". I have some other minor suggestions for improvements to the wording of the guidelines, but I don't really want to share them unless you're looking for them.
Any xenogender could be used in both senses.

"Asking about whether you might be alterhuman is also allowed." Based on the previous sentence, the word not is missing.
